Bernard Laboratories can source and supply specialty bottles for a wide range of household goods, petroleum products and more. Capabilities include both large and small product runs starting at 3,000 units.
Customers use contract filling manufacturers to help make a formula ready for sale. The product needs to be bottled, and the customer can select the ideal container from a number of styles depending on the consistency of their product, including jars, bottle, and tubes.
Sometimes the formula that needs to be bottled requires child-proof packaging, friction fit plug, or dauber. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission now requires child resistant packaging for common household, drug and cosmetic products which contain 10% or more hydrocarbons by weight and have a viscosity of less than 100 SUS at 100° F.
Example of products we have packaged include paper shredder oils, oven chain lubricants, hair clipper lubricant, tapping fluid, penetrating fluid, and firearm lubricant. Blister carding and hang tab hangers are available, and a film pressure sensitive label that will not stain or wick.
