- Job Title: Warehouse Personnel

- Department: Shipping & Receiving
Summary
Responsible for moving stock and materials manually and/or with equipment to and from production
lines, load and unload truck shipments, and record incoming/outgoing inventory.
Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Safely transport materials using walk-behind fork trucks or pallet jacks
- Provide production lines with correct job materials and quantities
- Monitor shipping dock for incoming or outgoing shipments
- Record inventory and organize warehouse according to company procedures
- Collaborate with production team to verify product specifications and required tasks
- Comply with company policies and procedures giving special attention to safety regulations
- Maintain clean work area and dispose of waste and clean-up materials properly
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Skills
- Forklift certification is required (paid, on-job certification training is available)
- Ability to lift and maneuver objects weighing over 50 pounds
- Warehouse experience is a plus
- Self-motivated and dependable work behavior
- Active learning and active listening skills
- Ability to perform basic calculations and use measuring equipment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Following instructions and teamwork is required
Education/Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Prior warehouse or factory experience.
